Anji's poem, inspired by a hefty electricity bill, sparked a melody composed by producer Tony Rockliff, who then led a recording session. Featuring John Gilston from the Incredible String Band on computer voice and John Harry Watson on harmonica, this proto-electro pop gem came to life.
